Into the Forest
Into the Forest

While we were in the forest we came to a large lake, This lake and the crowded trees were the starting point for my painting, 'Into the Forest.' It was also inspired by the fact that I became separated from the others and lost, along with a friend, for an hour. It was very easy to get lost in that forest, if you stopped to look at something while the others were walking, and even though we were calling the others, no one heard us! In the end we went back to the place we knew the bus would be coming to collect us. But already an idea for a painting had come into my mind.
